Overview:

Our company offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on our products, provided they are returned in an “as new” and sellable condition. To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have any physical damage, stains, washing, odours etc.

The courier fees for the return/refund are on the customer’s account. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above criteria. If it does, a refund will be processed for you.

If the returned item does not meet the necessary criteria, your refund will not be processed, and the cost of delivering the item back to you will be billed to you. You may also arrange your collection from us.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns on any Zozinette carriers and products that have been purchased second-hand or are outside of the 7-day money-back guarantee period. If you have purchased our products from one of our stockists, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy.

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via EFT within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges:

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at info@zozinette.co.za  with a detailed picture and description of the defect. Once we reply to your email, acknowledging the defect, we will collect the item from you. 

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to 10 Hadedah Rd, Unit 58, Lakeland Premier Estate, Hartbeespoort, 0216, NW.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
