Zozinette does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check the suitability and specification of products before placing orders.
Defective Items:
We strive to send the best of the best, but every once in a while a defective item can slip through the cracks. We stand behind our products 100% and we want our customers to be satisfied. Please send us an email at info@zozinette.co.za with a detailed picture and description of the defect. Once we reply to your email, acknowledging the defect, we will collect the item from you.
Refund Policy:
Once your order has been placed, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
