Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our products, as long as they are returned in like-new condition and are still saleable.

This means:

  • The item should be free from any damage.
  • It must not be dirty, stained, or washed.
  • The product should not have any unpleasant odors like cigarette smoke, braai smoke, perfume, etc.

Collection & Shipping Fees:
The return of the items is for customers cost.
After receiving the item, we will assess it - to confirm it meets the conditions listed above.
If the item qualifies, we will issue a full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Refund:
If the item does not meet the criteria mentioned, no refund will be issued, and you will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the item back to you, or you may arrange for your own collection.

Second-Hand Purchases:
We cannot accept returns on any Zozinette baby carriers purchased second-hand or those that fall outside the 7-day return period.

Purchases from Retailers:
If you bought Zozinette Baby Carriers products from one of our stockists, please reach out to them directly for their return process.

Defective Items:

We strive to send the best of the best, but every once in a while a defective item can slip through the cracks. We stand behind our products 100% and we want our customers to be satisfied. Please send us an email at info@zozinette.co.za  with a detailed picture and description of the defect. Once we reply to your email, acknowledging the defect, we will collect the item from you.

Sale periods:

If you made a purchase just before or after a sale period, we are unable to offer price adjustments on those items
